  • Finalizing Details: We will meet with you a few weeks before the wedding to gather all the necessary information, including vendor contacts, timelines, floor plans, and other essential details.
  • Vendor Coordination: We will communicate with all your vendors, including the venue, caterer, photographer, DJ, and any other professionals involved. We will confirm arrival times, delivery schedules, setup requirements, and any specific instructions.
  • Timeline Management: We will create a detailed timeline for your wedding day, including specific timings for each event, such as the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing. We will ensure that everything stays on schedule throughout the day.
  • Setup and Décor: We will supervise the setup of the ceremony and reception venues, ensuring that all decorations, centerpieces, signage, and other design elements are arranged according to your specifications.
  • Rehearsal Attendance: We will attend and oversee the wedding rehearsal to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities for the ceremony and reception.
